Just the right density, it is spreadable and there are tiny pieces of pulp and peel.
Intense flavour and aroma, with the natural yellow color of the lemons.
Marmalade without any type of preservatives, colorings, regulators, thickening additives, etc.
Composition
Only Sorrento IGP Lemons and sugar
Friut used: minimum 85 gr. of fruit for 100 gr. of product
Origin of the main ingredients
Where Sorrento IGP lemons are cultivated: the Sorrentine Peninsula and the Island of Capri.
Guarantee mark and certification: Italian and European (consortiums, dop,...).
Consortium for the protection of Sorrento I.G.P. Lemons.
Agricultural and Food Certification provided by IS.ME.CERT. (Istituto Mediterraneo di Certificazione
- Government Certification Agency).
Details of production process
The best Sorrento lemons produced by our associates, without plant protection products and without
chemical residues.
Washed in running water and dried naturally.
Peeled by hand, cut into pieces, seed discarded, cooked for approximately one hour, only sugar added.
Bottled in sterile glass jars.
Sterilized by boiling jars.

Production time
Lemon production: from February to October.
production time for marmalade: 3/4 hours.
Duration and conditions of storage
Durations: 18 months
Conditions: A cool place or refrigrator, because the product contains no preservatives.
